Discount Tile: You Can't Afford to Walk Past It
Discount tile is the best solution when you need to replace the flooring in a room and you don't have a lot of money. Many landlords find that discount tile is the best solution also. Another reason it is the best option is because it is easy to clean.
Discount tile can run as little as under a dollar per tile. This makes covering the entire floor a very cheap job. If you install the tile yourself, then it is even cheaper. Carpet can is expensive compared to tile and if it gets stained it needs to be replaced or sections of it do. This causes more expensive because of having to pay someone to come in a patch the carpet or completely redo the entire room.
The only time that you find that you need to replace discount tile is if the tile breaks or starts to come up. It isn't often that tile breaks on the floor and if it is installed properly, you are fine. Discount tile is favored by landlords and this is because often times the turnover is greater with the people that are living in the home. Many people want new carpet installed in their new home when they move in. If the landlord has new tenants every year, it is ridiculous to replace the carpet every year. Tenants rarely as that the tile be replaced in a rental. This allows for the discount tile to remain in the home for several years or until it finally does need to be replaced.
Discount tile is also easier to clean than carpet is. Carpet stains can require a professional to come out and steam clean the carpet. You have to continuously vacuum a carpet, replace the vacuum, belts and bags that go with it. If the carpet is shag, it may get caught on the roller of the vacuum and the vacuum may pull up an entire line of the carpet. Discount tile needs a good sweeping and mopping.
Discount tile is the best option when you are worried about cost and if you have to replace it often. Don't worry about cleaning and replacing, use discount tile.

Tarkett Flooring: Variety, Versatility and Simple Installation
When we decided to add on a playroom for our children, my husband and I carefully considered what type of flooring to install. We wanted something that would look nice, be comfortable for the children to play on yet be able to stand up to the beating it was sure to take. What we discovered was Fiberfloor by Tarkett flooring.
This durable, comfortable flooring was like nothing we had ever seen before. It has cushiony foam backing, which means it is comfortable for laying and sitting on. It also comes in adorable polka dots, geometric shapes, flower patterns and even a pattern with toy cars on it. Perfect for children!
Tarkett floorings Fiberfloor uses no glue in the installation process so it is easy to remove or change as the kids grow. For us it was an easy choice.
Tarkett flooring makes more than just Fiberfloor. They actually offer five different varieties of flooring including laminates, real wood, luxury vinyl tiles and sheet vinyl. Most Tarkett flooring categories are divided into subcategories of good, better and best based on warranties.
One of the Tarkett flooring products that we were equally impressed with (although not for a playroom) was the Nafco luxury vinyl tile. These look and feel just like the real thing and no two pieces are ever alike which means you r floor is unique. It is available in tile, plank, stone, slate and even modular brick. It can suit any home style from classic to contemporary.
With so many selections of Tarkett flooring, the biggest problem is narrowing down which one is right for you. It really just depends on the room and how much you use it as well as the look you are trying to achieve. Once that is decided you can bet that there is a Tarkett flooring product for you.
